Where are you based?
We are based in Singapore. However, we have 8 fulfilment centres worldwide and we ship globally.
What online payments do you accept?
We accept payments by major credit cards and Paypal via our online store. However, if these payment methods are not convenient for you, you can contact us to arrange for other forms of direct payment. We will do our best to accommodate if it is within our means.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we have 8 fulfilment centres across the globe from the US, Europe, Middle East, to Japan. Your order will be processed by the nearest fulfilment centre to your address and be shipped to you.
